Returns, Refunds & Exchange
1.Eligibility:
You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item sent
2.Conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
3.Process:
Contact us on WhatsApp 03155765508 with your order number and photos of the issue. After approval, we will arrange pickup.
4.Refund:
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
5.Non-returnable Items:
Sale items, accessories, and intimate wear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
6.Exchange:
Subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
