By accessing or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website.
1. General
TrendTrolly sells clothing, shoes, watches, accessories, and lifestyle products online in Pakistan.By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission.We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Products & Pricing
Product Display: We try our best to display products as accurately as possible. Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography lighting.Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is final.Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer an alternative.
3. Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp. This does not mean the order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer. COD Limit: COD orders above PKR 5,000 may require advance payment for confirmation.Fraudulent Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp 03155765508.Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of TrendTrolly and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrendTrolly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
